Hear an overview and update of recent developments related to public finance. The SEC, the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and others have discussed and proposed various regulatory initiatives and best practices. Sub-topics to include pension and other post-employment benefit disclosure (OPEB), as well as the current status of the SEC’s rules related to municipal advisor registration and its relevance for board members and professional advisors.
