Thomas G. Wilkinson, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Commercial Litigation Department, will be participating in a PBI webinar titled “Being Tech Savvy is Now the Rule!” on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, from 12 – 1 pm. The webinar will outline the changes in the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct, specifically detecting conflicts of interest when a lawyer moves from one firm to another, outsourcing, technology and lawyer advertising, and coach listeners on what needs to be done in order to embrace these changes and ensure compliance.
