Carrie Rosen and Jeffrey Pasek, members of Cozen O'Connor's Labor & Employment Department, will be speaking at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute 20th Annual Employment Law Institute. Carrie will be presenting "Private Eyes Are Watching You: Privacy in the Workplace," which will examine the limits of an employer’s ability to conduct its business as balanced against an employee’s reasonable expectation of privacy, including new case law, federal and local statutes and trends. Jeffrey will be chairing a panel discussion titled "The 50th Anniversary of Title VII," which will examine the objectives of the statute, the key turning points in its construction by the courts, and legislative changes meant to expand protections and overrule restrictive court decisions.
