Jennifer Brandt, a member Of Cozen O’Connor’s Philadelphia office, was a guest on the O’Reilly Factor on the Fox News Network. Jennifer discussed whether it was appropriate or not for a public school to cancel its Christmas celebration. Brandt argued that a school district’s policy to ban in-school celebrations did not amount to infringement on the First Amendment rights of the students.
