Mark Felger was quoted in The New Journal article entitled "Proposed act would threaten Delaware legal edge: Bankruptcies may be heard elsewhere" regarding Congress' proposed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Venue Reform Act of 2011.


"You're going to have a lot of folks looking to perhaps retool, do other things, perhaps even some folks going out of business," said Mark Felger, "It has the potential of having a very dramatic effect on the Wilmington community beyond the bankruptcy community."

"Bankruptcy cases are very, very expensive," Felger said. "I could tell you stories that would make your hair stand up about cases around the country with courts that aren't accustomed to hear complicated, sophisticated Chapter 11 cases."
