Thursday, January 17, 2013

Jennifer Brandt, a member of the firm’s Philadelphia office and Family Law Practice, was a guest on Money with Melissa Francis on January 17, 2013 on the Fox Business network.  Jennifer has been asked to discuss the case of Ohio teacher Maria Walther-Willard, who is suing the school district where she worked as a high school language teacher for discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Ms. Walther-Willard, who has a phobia of young children, is claiming that when the district transferred her to teach at the middle school, she suffered health problems and was forced to retire.
