Jennifer Brandt, a member of the firm’s Family Law Practice, appeared on Fox 29 news today at 8:15 a.m. to discuss the hearing in Harrisburg regarding same sex marriage. The hearing is scheduled for today and will address whether the Montgomery County’s register of wills acted illegally when he issued marriage licenses to same-sex couples following the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in U.S. v. Windsor.
