Melissa Maxman, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Commercial Litigation Department, will be speaking at the 14th Annual Loyola Antitrust Colloquium, sponsored by Loyola’s Institute for Consumer Antitrust Studies. Melissa will serve as primary commentator on a paper titled “Antitrust Law and the Art of Modeling: Are Models Facts?” by Professor Rebecca Haw of Vanderbilt University.
