    April 10, 2006

It’s A New Type of Jungle Out There: An Overview of Bovine - Cozen O'Connor Whitepaper - In 1906, Upton Sinclair’s novel, The Jungle, exposed the poor sanitation practices of the meatpacking industry and spurred revolutionary statutory protection for American meat consumers and industry workers.
