Kyle Vos Strache is an associate in Cozen O’Connor’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. His work at Cozen O'Connor includes complex patent litigation, patent prosecution, patent interference, trademark enforcement, and counseling regarding intellectual property portfolios. Kyle's primary practice areas include pharmaceutical and chemical compounds as well as mechanical and medical devices. Kyle joined the firm in 2010 after working as an attorney with a Silicon Valley law firm.
Kyle graduated from Stanford University with a bachelor’s degree in human biology. He earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was the founder and co-editor-in-chief of the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law. He was a Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law fellow and won CALI Awards for the highest grades in Sports Law and Community Property. During law school, Kyle externed for the Hon. S. James Otero of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Before and during law school, Kyle worked in the biopharmaceutical industry and focused on development and identification of novel gene sequences and primary and secondary metabolites in plant species.
