Michael Osborne was quoted in an article published by The Globe and Mail that discusses the Competition Bureau’s appeal to the tribunal’s decision to permit a proposed $20 billion deal between Rogers Communications Inc. and Shaw Communications Inc. The Competition Bureau has claimed two errors of law in their appeal. “It is distressing to see the Commissioner trying to win on a technicality like this,” said Michael. “I think he will fail here.”
