Nick focuses his practice on information governance and electronic discovery in the construction, higher education, financial services, antitrust, government investigations, white-collar, insurance defense, and health care and life sciences industries. Though Nick’s practice spans multiple industries, Nick places a particular emphasis on electronic discovery in the construction industry. Nick assists clients with complex and high-profile eDiscovery projects and navigates data and privacy protection laws. Nick implements quality control procedures to mitigate risk and counsels both clients and colleagues on issues related to eDiscovery, information governance, and data management.
Before joining CODISCOVR, Nick was an associate attorney in Cozen O’Connor’s construction group. There, he counseled and represented project owners, real estate developers, contractors, and design professionals and positioned multiple cases for favorable resolution.
While in law school, Nick was a summer associate at the firm in 2018. He was a judicial extern for the Honorable Ann Marie Donio, United States Magistrate Judge, for the District of New Jersey. Nick also interned for the Honorable Nelson Johnson and the Honorable Bernard E. DeLury in Atlantic County, NJ.
Nick earned his bachelor's degree in history from James Madison University. He earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Rutgers Law School, where he was the Business Editor of Rutgers University Law Review. Upon graduation, Nick was elected to the Order of the Coif.
