Sam is a well-rounded associate with strong research skills. He drafts all manner of legal memoranda, written discovery, and briefs and has assisted in settling various cases filed with administrative agencies, including OSHA, EEOC, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the Vermont Attorneys General Office.
Sam also advises clients on complying with various employment laws, including, but not limited to, state-specific requirements regarding wage and hour, leave, and drug testing.
Sam earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Florida Law Review. During law school, Sam also served as a legal intern for the Honorable Patrick M. Hunt of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Sam earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida.
