Best Lawyers selected 242 Cozen O’Connor lawyers from 24 of the firm’s U.S. offices for inclusion in the 2025 edition of The Best Lawyers in America and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America.

Arielle focuses her practice on labor and employment, specifically Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and retaliation. She also counsels clients on decisions regarding hiring, accommodations, discipline, and pay issues under the FLSA and conducts human resource trainings.

Prior to working at Cozen O’Connor, Arielle was an associate in Florida and Georgia handling labor and employment issues, including representing Fortune 100 and 500 companies in federal court and administrative agency proceedings. She successfully represented a national employer in discrimination class action arbitration.

Arielle earned her bachelor's degree from Michigan State University James Madison College and she earned her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was the managing editor of the UF Journal of Law and Public Policy and a member of the Florida Moot Court Team.
