Henry A. Gladstone focused on general and corporate matters, including a wide range of counseling and transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, restructurings and debt and equity financings for privately owned and publicly held companies and professional firms. He is particularly experienced in the representation of owners and operators of nursing care facilities in multiple jurisdictions, and in the organization and governance of law firms, having represented numerous law firms and having served as general counsel to Cozen O'Connor for the last 10 years.
Hank has served on the board of directors of several publicly held companies and is the administrative trustee of a substantial private charitable foundation. He has been actively involved in and has served on community charitable and service organizations, and currently serves on the board of Judith Creed Homes for Adult Independence, and is an active fundraiser for Autism Speaks.
Hank is a 1961 Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the College of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in 1964, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and case editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
