Ethan Heller

Ethan counsels publicly traded and privately held companies, private equity funds, and strategic investors on a broad spectrum of corporate law issues, including mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters. During his career, he has advised clients from various industries, including aerospace engineering, information technology, health care, environmental testing, food and beverage, and financial services.

Passionate about helping businesses succeed, Ethan provides pro bono services to undercapitalized Philadelphia companies in need of guidance with general corporate and transaction legal issues.

Ethan earned his B.S., magna cum laude, from the University of Florida, where he was a member of the Florida Blue Key Society. He earned his J.D. from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law.
