Heather focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, construction, product liability, consumer fraud, and business torts. Heather has experience representing businesses and individuals in a wide-range of industries and subject areas at both the state and federal levels.
Heather spent six years as a prosecutor at the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office. She served as the lead counsel in jury trials resulting in guilty verdicts on felony charges and prosecuted numerous non-jury felony trials on charges including rape, robbery, and burglary. Heather was also specially assigned to assist in grand jury investigations and proceedings.
Heather earned her bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College and her law degree, cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law. While in law school, Heather was the managing editor of student works in the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, a certified legal intern at the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office, and a judicial extern for the U.S. Magistrate Judge Elizabeth T. Hey.
