Seamus is an associate in the firm's global insurance department. As a litigator and former prosecutor, Seamus is no stranger to litigating matters from initiation through trial.
Prior to joining the firm, Seamus was an associate with a Philadelphia-based firm focusing on personal injury litigation. There, he represented his clients in matters involving premise liability, automobile accidents, assaults, products liability, breach of contract, professional liability, institutional neglect and abuse, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death.
Seamus also served for six years as an assistant district attorney for the City of Philadelphia in the Municipal Court Unit, the Juvenile Unit, the Major Trials Unit, the Charging Unit, and ultimately, the Homicide Unit. As an ADA, he handled multiple jury trials from the inception to verdict, as well as hundreds of bench trials, and fought hard to find justice for victims of crime.
Seamus earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Rutgers University and his J.D., cum laude, from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law.
