Tenaya Newkirk, Ph.D.

Patent Agent

Tenaya focuses on patent drafting and prosecution in the areas of small molecules, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, polymers, materials, chemical synthesis, and chemical research.

She is a co-inventor on four patents in the area of small molecule synthesis.

Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, she taught chemistry at community colleges and 4-year institutions. She assists attorneys with translation and interpretation and works with Translators Without Borders and the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network. She is fluent in Spanish, proficient in Swedish, and literate in Russian, French, Dutch, and Norwegian.
