Carson’s legal practice focuses on insurance coverage matters, including claims litigation involving first and third-party matters involving general liability, residential and commercial property, D&O liability, fiduciary liability, fidelity, professional liability, and employment practices policies.
Most recently, Carson was an associate in the insurance recovery group of a Portland, Oregon-based law firm. There, Carson gained experience preparing pleadings and briefs, conducting discovery and depositions, and analyzing insurance policies. Carson also has experience in matters involving employment litigation and immigration law.
Carson earned a Bachelor of Arts at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor at the University of California College of Law, San Francisco (formerly U.C. Hastings). While a student, Carson also served as an articles editor of the Hastings International & Comparative Law Review, a Moot Court coach, and a teaching assistant.
