Tarin is a litigator concentrating her practice on insurance coverage matters. She has experience drafting dispositive motions, discovery requests, mediation statements, and coverage opinions.
Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, Tarin was an associate with a midsized law firm in the Pacific Northwest, where she primarily counseled insurance companies on national and specialty line coverage issues and litigated insurance bad faith, the Insurance Fair Conduct Act (IFCA) claims, and CPA claims.
Tarin earned her B.A. from Lewis and Clark College and her J.D., cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Gonzaga Law Review. During law school, Tarin was a law clerk with the Washington State Office of the Attorney General in the Public Lands and Conservation Division and a Rule 9 intern with the Social and Health Services section.
