Paul Souferis

Associate

Paul’s practice focuses on subrogation and complex commercial disputes, representing clients in state and federal courts from inception through trial. His experience includes pre-suit negotiations and investigations, drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, legal research, pre-trial motion practice, attending hearings, conducting and defending depositions of fact and expert witnesses, developing case and trial strategy, settlement strategy and negotiations, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining the firm, Paul was senior counsel with an Am Law 100 firm based in San Francisco. In previous roles, he has had experience in class actions and professional liability disputes, including individuals and corporations charged with white collar criminal offenses. He also has represented and defended individuals in state courts on behalf of insurance companies in personal injury lawsuits.

Paul earned his dual B.S. in accounting and finance from the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign, Geis School of Business. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
