Carlynne concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation and life insurance disputes.
Carlynne has experience handling cases involving a variety of issues, including consumer protection, securities, product liability, and data privacy. She has litigated cases from inception through settlement, which included investigating potential claims, drafting dispositive motions, managing all aspects of discovery, preparing and defending depositions, and preparing settlement packages. She also has experience with consumer protection and ERISA cases.
Carlynne earned her B.A. from Penn State University and her J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law. During law school, Carlynne interned with the U.S. Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review, the Hon. Michael M. Baylson, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Hon. Zachary Shaffer, Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. She was also a student attorney with Villanova’s Health Law Clinic, representing clients before administrative tribunals in social security disability insurance proceedings and appealing denial of payment by health insurers.
