Why I like working with emerging companies: As a patent attorney, I see some of the most innovative ideas coming from emerging companies. But what really separates the inventors at emerging companies from those at large companies, is the passion that they have for their work. To be a part of that – and to help them build a patent portfolio that not only captures those ideas, but protects the company from opportunistic third parties – is extremely satisfying and rewarding.
