Why I Like Working With Emerging Companies: The most rewarding part of working with emerging companies for me is to watch a concept grow into a product or service that changes the way everyone thinks about an issue. My goal as an emerging company’s outside general counsel is to focus the founder’s attention on critical legal issues impacting the business and otherwise help the company efficient manage legal resources.
