On Monday, The Wall Street Journal ran an article on law firm’s summer associate programs, and on Tuesday the WSJ Law Blog did a follow-up piece. Both pieces detail how the nation’s top law firms court future associates with a balance of skill-building client work and fun, social events and both include anecdotes from Cozen O’Connor’s Summer Associate Program in Philadelphia. The articles highlight the recent Escape the Room event, during which our summer associates had one hour to solve a series of puzzles in order to break out of a locked room.
