Jennifer Brandt, co-chair of the firm's Family Law Practice, appeared on Fox29 to discuss a judge in Onondaga County Supreme Court Tuesday ordering a 30-year-old man to move out of his parents' house after they went to court to have him ejected. Jennifer believes it may be hard to enforce the order, but in the future parents should lay out ground rules in writing.
