SEATTLE — Tuesday, October 29 — Cozen O’Connor has been awarded the Pacific Northwest Chapter Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) Society’s President’s Award at the Annual I-Day on October 24, 2019. This award is presented to a company that has demonstrated strong support for insurance education by encouraging its employees to complete CPCU course work, obtain the CPCU designation, and to be active in the CPCU Society.
“Insurance education is extremely important, particularly in the difficult jurisdictions of the Pacific Northwest. We are pleased to be part of this tremendous organization,” says Jodi McDougall, Office Managing Partner of the Seattle office of Cozen O'Connor. “Terri Sutton has been instrumental in spearheading our involvement with this group both locally and nationally. I thank her for her efforts.”
Cozen O’Connor has been awarded this honor due to their event sponsorship, event space, offering knowledgeable speakers to the CPCU chapter and sister chapter, and fully supporting the society activities of their employees by helping cover miscellaneous costs. Terri Sutton of Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department has been installed as the chapter’s president.
