WILMINGTON, DEL., January 1, 2020 – Mark Felger has been elected president of the Philadelphia/Wilmington chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). Mark, who is the office managing partner of the Wilmington office and co-chair of the firm's Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Restructuring Practice, will serve a one-year term as president. He is also a board member of the organization and has served as president-elect for the past year.
Mark has a broad commercial practice, focusing in the areas of Chapter 11 reorganization and general insolvency law for over 30 years. He has represented all constituencies in corporate restructurings and insolvencies both in and out of bankruptcy, including debtors, unsecured creditors' committees, and trustees, as well as acquirers of troubled businesses. Mark’s practice also includes serving as a court-appointed mediator for disputes in bankruptcy cases. The TMA is an organization dedicated to turnaround management, corporate restructuring, and distressed investing. Its members include turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, advisers, liquidators, investment bankers and consultants, as well as academic, government, and judicial employees.
