WEST PALM BEACH, December 4, 2024 – Kenneth Levine, chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Insurance Corporate & Regulatory Practice, has been named board vice chair of the Federation of Regulatory Counsel (FORC). He will serve as vice chair in 2025 and board chair and president in 2026. Levine currently serves as chair of FORC’s Admissions Committee.
FORC is a national association of insurance regulatory attorneys who have met high member standards. Membership is extended to attorneys after passing a rigorous vetting process and meeting numerous benchmarks before being selected by FORC counsel members.
Levine has devoted his practice to serving the insurance industry for more than three decades. He advises clients on a wide variety of regulatory, licensing, and corporate issues, including insurer; reciprocal; captive; producer; managing general agent; administrator; and service contract, home warranty, and auto warranty provider licensing and compliance across the country.
