Blake concentrates his practice on litigation matters, including products liability, premises liability, construction litigation, breach of contract, and wrongful death claims. He has experience representing clients in these matters from inception to adjudication and at all stages of litigation in state and federal courts.
Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Blake was an associate with a litigation firm based in Atlanta, where he independently conducted and defended depositions, led settlement negotiations and mediations, oversaw electronic discovery, and appeared in court on behalf of his clients. Before that, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Superior Court of the Piedmont Judicial Circuit in Winder, Georgia.
Blake earned his B.S. in political science, summa cum laude, from Columbus State University and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was the executive chair of the Mock Trial Board. During law school, he interned with the Honorable Arthur L. Smith III of the Superior Court of the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit in Columbus, Georgia.
