Michael Schmidt will present “Overcoming the ‘Peter Principle’: Training Your Managers to Manage and Avoid Risk” at the New York City Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel 2024 General Counsel Toolkit Conference. Mike will discuss conducting specific manager training on how to be a manager and avoiding the human resources and employment law risks attendant to saying and doing the “wrong thing.” He will highlight the importance of learning how to manage the unique workforce of 2024 and offer the top five issues that should be considered with every management training session.
