Brianna Westbrooks, a policy adviser for Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies, has been named one of the 2022 Philadelphia Forty Under 40 by City & State Pennsylvania. This year’s honorees are all from Philadelphia, a number of them are immigrants and first-generation Americans, and most worked for the City of Philadelphia. Westbrooks, who began her career at an internship with then-Philadelphia City Council Member Ed Nielsen, was honored for her work with the Pennsylvania Apartment Association, Community College of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Zoo, the United Way, and the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society.
