Meridith Moldenhauer Named a 2022 GlobeSt. Women of Influence

WASHINGTON, D.C., July 26, 2022 — Meridith Moldenhauer, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Real Estate practice, was named a 2022 Woman of Influence by the GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum. The awards recognize female commercial real estate professionals who have personally impacted the market and significantly driven the industry to new heights via their outstanding successes. Moldenhauer was recognized at an awards ceremony on July 26, 2022.

Moldenhauer leads the firm’s Washington D.C.-based zoning and land use practice and serves as co-vice chair, office managing partner of the Washington, D.C., office. She advises sophisticated developers, architects, contractors, owners, and tenants on zoning and land use issues in transformational projects.
