Michael Osborne was quoted in a Financial Post article discussing Industry Minister François-Philippe Champagne’s threat to seek further legislation and regulatory powers to drive down cellphone bills if they do not get cheaper with Videotron in the mix.  According to Michael, Champagne’s threats aren’t necessary because the deal will boost competition on its own. “This is just all show,” said Michael.
