Lyn Dodson

As a litigator with more than 20 years of experience, Lyn has represented both individuals and corporations in matters including products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, personal injury, contracts, and property issues. Lyn began the practice of law in 1998 as a law clerk for the appellate courts in Mississippi, both the Supreme Court of Mississippi and the Court of Appeals of Mississippi. Following her clerkships, Lyn practiced law with a firm in Jackson, Mississippi, representing corporations, banks, and insurance companies in general civil litigation, including products liability, personal injury, banking matters, and toxic tort defense litigation. In 2007, Lyn began practicing with a firm in Atlanta where she continued defending corporations, businesses, and individuals in negligence claims and pursuing claims on behalf of individuals injured due to the negligence of others. Lyn is also a registered mediator in the state of Georgia. 

Lyn earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and her law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law.  Lyn has been recognized by Georgia Super Lawyers as one of the Top 50 Women Attorneys, by Georgia Trend as Legal Elite, and she is ranked by Martindale-Hubbell as AV Preeminent.
