Siara concentrates her practice on insurance litigation. She has experience litigating insurance claims from inception through resolution, including conducting discovery, drafting motions and pleadings, and conducting depositions, oral arguments, and settlement negotiations. Siara takes pride in providing timely client reports and coordinating effectively with other parties.
Before joining Cozen O'Connor, Siara was an associate with a boutique litigation firm in Houston, where she managed an active caseload for insurance and trucking litigation. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Lamar University, guiding law students through moot court exercises and helping them hone their advocacy, research, and critical thinking skills.
Siara earned her B.S., magna cum laude, from Lamar University and her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where she was the head senior articles editor of the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy. During law school, Siara clerked with the U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Texas and several law firms.
