Nicholas maintains a securities and corporate law focused practice. His experience includes assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions of private and public companies, financing transactions involving public and private offerings of securities, and compliance with regulatory requirements relating to stock exchange listings. He also has experience advising public and private companies regarding corporate governance and continuous disclosure obligations.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas was an associate in the Capital Markets and Securities group of an international law firm. He has also practiced at a boutique municipal law and commercial real estate firm in Vancouver.
Nicholas earned both his bachelor’s degree in finance and his law degree from the University of British Columbia.
