Jan is the office managing attorney of Cozen O'Connor's Las Vegas office and part of the Global Insurance Department. His practice focuses on civil litigation defense and trial.
Prior to joining the firm, Jan concentrated his practice on personal injury, wrongful death, and premises and product liability matters on behalf of large insurers, retailers, hotels, manufacturers, and transportation companies. In addition to having successfully litigated hundreds of cases, Jan has a diverse business background. Prior to becoming an attorney, Jan worked in various industries in Las Vegas, including time spent in construction, finance, management, and marketing.
Jan earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he received several awards for his performance in professional responsibility and ethics. Prior to law school, Jan studied political science at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He is a long-time resident of Nevada and is proud to call Las Vegas home.
