Jeffrey Pasek will be presenting on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Jeff will review some areas in which the ADA has been expanded and then consider this in the context of some medical conditions that provide tough issues for organizations as they seek to comply with the law. The ADA has been around for many years, along with its significant amendments in the 2008 ADA Amendments Act, which expanded the ADA’s protections. Yet, many organizations, of all sizes, continue to struggle with ADA compliance in this expanded ADA universe.
