Dexter Hamilton will be the moderator of a webinar hosted by the Federal Courts Committee. Panelists will examine the lawsuits that have been brought to date, are currently pending in federal and state court, and that are anticipated to be brought in connection with voting in Pennsylvania on Election Day. The program panelists are all attorneys in Pennsylvania who are involved in cases concerning mail-in voting, paper ballots, access to the polls, and other issues that are being challenged in connection with voting during the presidential and congressional elections this year. The program will also address the rulings that have been made to date, and the issues that are still open and in dispute. Panelists will also identify how lawyers may get involved and participate in Election Day activities.
