  • COVID-19 related orders and directives from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Eastern District, and the U. S. Administrative Office of the Courts
  • Practical thoughts and comments for dealing with federal judges during the COVID-19 crisis
  • U.S, Magistrate Rule 16 conferences, settlement conferences, and mediations during the COVID-19 crisis
  • U.S. District Court Clerk Rules, tips, and recommendations for dealing with the Clerk’s Office during the COVID-19 crisis
