From the #MeToo movement to Black Lives Matter, addressing bias has become a national conversation and is a priority for the incoming Biden administration. This national conversation has translated into a host of legal developments in the past few years that amount to a sea-change in the legal landscape surrounding discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
