Nicole and her fellow panelists – including Varu Chilakamarri, partner at K&L Gates, and Judge Victoria Wood (Ret.), ADR Services, Inc., will discuss what's next for the legal and regulatory landscape in the wake of a landmark U.S. Supreme Court’s decision overturning the longstanding Chevron doctrine that required federal courts to defer to administrative agencies’ interpretations of ambiguous or broad statutes.
