Simeon Brier, Leslie Gomez, and Miguel Alexander Pozo will present “Leadership's Role in Supporting Belonging Culture” with Felicia Washington, Vice President of Human Resources at the University of Pennsylvania, at the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel Diversity Summit. Simeon, Leslie, Miguel, and Felicia will discuss how fostering a culture of belonging within an organization requires dedication, intentionality, and vision from leadership. Additionally, they will explore the challenges and strategies for creating an inclusive organizational culture from the top down.
