Aaron, Bryan, and Judy will discuss how employers can accurately estimate their litigation costs and explore the types of alternative fee arrangements available. They will examine the key cost drivers among various types of litigation, identify which cases are suited to flat rate billing, and discuss things companies should consider when budgeting litigation phases.
