Leslie Gomez and Kyle Norton, Director for Regulatory Compliance at The Healy+ Group, will present “Recent Clery Act Campus Crime Program Reviews: Lessons Learned for Implementation” with Ashley Reich, Senior Vice President of University Compliance at Liberty University, at the University of Vermont’s 34th annual Legal Issues in Higher Education conference. Leslie, Kyle, and Ashley will discuss recent resolutions from the U.S. Department of Education's Clery Compliance Division, including the negotiated resolution at Liberty University. They will identify key takeaways on Clery enforcement priorities, lessons learned in responding to Clery Act campus crime program reviews, fining approaches, and more.
