Michele and Walter will explore new employment laws impacting AI in the workplace, local enforcement of employment discrimination claims, intersectional discrimination, expanded protection for victims of crime or abuse, protections for freelancers, captive audience prohibitions, paid family leave, voluntary social compliance audits, and more. They will discuss how the 2024 U.S. presidential election will have significant ramifications for the U.S. Department of Labor and federal enforcement priorities. Additionally, they will look at these new state and federal developments, when new laws go into effect, and what is required for compliance to ensure your organization is prepared for 2025.
