Ken Fisher Discusses Selling "Air" over New York City Landmarks

Ken touches upon backing a citywide approach to selling the air over a landmark, specifically a church on Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn, where the church would be able to sell its unused rights to a development in Midtown Manhattan, allowing the rights to fetch the market value of the development or the receiving site.
