PHILADELPHIA, August 28, 2017 — The American Lawyer’s 2017 Mid-Level Associate Survey ranked Cozen O’Connor first nationally and in Philadelphia. The firm’s national ranking is up from third to first after receiving an average satisfaction score of 4.864. The survey assesses job satisfaction for third, fourth and fifth year associates in areas such as compensation and benefits, training and guidance, relations with partners and other associates, interest and satisfaction level of work, the firm’s policy on billable hours, management’s openness about firm strategies, and partnership chances on a scale of one to five.
